  • How do I book?
    Lessons can either be booked over the phone or in-person at the clubhouse, please visit us when we are open. View opening times
  • Do lessons include ski and boot hire?
    Yes, your lesson fee includes the hire of our ski’s and boot’s. You are welcome to use your own if you wish. Note that you don’t need to wax your ski’s since it doesn’t work well with our slopes surface. We don’t hire any clothing or snowboarding gear.
  • Can I choose my instructor?
    Typically, you don’t get to choose who your instructor is as it is assigned based on availability. However, we try our best to pair you with the same instructor throughout your lessons to keep the learning experience and techniques consistent.
  • Can I recreationally ski or board?
    If you are only paying for lessons, then you cannot use the slope for recreational skiing. For safety reasons, to ski recreationally, you will need to meet our performance standards for recreational skiing or boarding then become a member or buy a day pass.
  • Can I use the freestyle slope?
    Yes, but only if you’re participating in freestyle coaching. If you’re not participating in freestyle lessons, then for safety reasons, users must first meet and demonstrate their ability of our freestyle performance standards then become a member or buy a day pass.
  • What is there to progress onto?
    When you finish the lessons that you have chosen to take with us you may choose to participate in our advanced lessons. However, if this is not possible then consider becoming a member so you can recreationally ski or board.
  • Are there snowboarding lessons?
    Unfortunately not, we only offer skiing lessons. However, you are welcome to snowboard under a membership or day pass. Note that for safety reasons, users must first meet and demonstrate their ability of our performance standards for recreational boarding.
